We offer a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to contact us regarding your order.

  • Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Our support team aims to respond within 24 hours.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. After reviewing the issue, we may offer:

  • a replacement,
  • a full or partial refund,
  • store credit,
  • or a discount code for a future purchase.

In many cases, customers may not be required to return the item.


Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • used items,
  • personalized/custom products,
  • perishable goods,
  • gift cards,
  • clearance or sale items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be guaranteed for cancellation.


Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery under applicable consumer protection laws.
